Corn fiber non-woven fabric

Non-woven fabrics are generally produced by using polypropylene (pp material) pellets as raw materials, which are melted at a high temperature, spun, laid, and hot-rolled continuously. Many traditional teabags use non-woven materials, which are relatively low in cost. If the non-woven materials meet the quality standards, they are safer.

Dotted non-woven fabric:

2. Dotted non-woven fabric for foot bag,quantitative 35, 40 grams, plus or minus 0.5 grams. Wide 140mm, 160mm or other width.
3. Professionally used for health tea, green tea, black tea, powdered tea, coffee, blocky tea, etc., tea bag packaging.
4. Suitable for all kinds of heat sealing machines & Ultrasonic packaging machine. The fabric is a round net with a slanting net, the pulling force is good, and the water is fast after soaking.
